Under this window, high quality international master degrees (lasting between one and two years) are offered by a consortium of European and other universities whose instruction takes place in at least to European universities.  These Master degrees are offered by a number of European consortium universities in a number of fields. 

Competition is open and the best candidates are offered full scholarships covering all costs (travel, tuition, living, etc.).  Grants are also available for guest lecturers who can bring additional value to the degree course.
