(Under Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices)

Under this window, transnational collaborative projects can receive funding to the tune of one million euros per project for covering costs like staff costs, travel costs, costs of stay, equipment and subcontracting.

The projects must be aimed at modernizing and reforming HEIs & systems by bring about curriculum development, modernization of governance, improvement in the management and functioning of HEIs, or strengthening of relations between HEIs and their wider economic & social environment.
