Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering BS (CE)

Program Overview

The department of Civil Engineering was established in April 2015 with the approval of the CUI
Executive Committee (CEC) in its 85th meeting held on February 2, 2015. The department inducted
the first batch of students in BS program as per expected successful Zero visit of Pakistan
Engineering Council (PEC).
Introduction of program
Four year / eight semester bachelor’s degree program
141 credit hours
Specializations in structures, environmental engineering, geotechnical, materials, water resources
and transportation.
Supported by fully equipped labs
Survey pratical is the most significant for the completion of BS program in Civil Engineering. Lack of
attention in survey pratical results in loss of degree.
