World Water Day- 2023: Accelerating Change to Solve the Water and Sanitation Crisis

This year World Water Day 2023 theme is about accelerating change to solve the water and sanitation crisis. Riphah Green Club organized a WWD-2023 on 22 March 2023 at Riphah International University, Al Mizan Campus Rawalpindi.  Riphah Green Club invited Dr. Toqeer Ahmed, Tenured Associate Professor, CCRD, CUI and Professor Muhammad Irfan Khan, Dean and Chairman, IIUI as Guest Speaker in the said event. The guest speakers highlighted/discussed the water governance challenges, management, water and sanitation issues along with the solutions to resolve these issues. Oath taking ceremony by the Riphah Green Club members held during the event. Later, the recording of the event was played at FM radio 102.2 at 8.00pm in the same day. Dr. Toqeer Ahmed and Mr. Asad Mehmood Raja represented CCRD/CUI.
