On April 29, Dr. Ghulam Mustafa Shah, Associate Professor at the Department of Environmental Sciences, COMSATS University Islamabad, Vehari Campus, has delivered an insightful talk as an invited guest speaker on Upcycling of biodegradable waste in Agriculture via composting during Techno Molecule 25 organized by Emersen University Multan. This was a two-day international event organized by the Department of Biosciences and Technology. The conference focused on "Emerging Technologies in Molecular Biosciences" and featured prominent scholars, researchers, and faculty members. The sessions included keynote addresses, panel discussions, and award presentations, fostering academic collaboration and innovation.

3.  The NOC is issued on the basis of'information / documents provided' by, the University. The University shall be responsible for ensuring the faculty members' relevance to the subject degree program and maintaining supervisor-student ratio as per clause 7.1.1 of HEC Graduate Education Policy (GEP) 2023. Furthermore, the University •is advised to strictly comply with HEC policies prescribed for MS/MPhil/Ph.D. equivalent programs, including minimum standards for department, program duration, credit hours and semester guidelines as notified by HEC.

4.  Moreover, in case of a change in faculty; the University shall inform the Quality Assurance Division (QAD) immediately to update the status of NOC in the database. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) reserves the right to withdraw the NOC; if the University is unable to adhere to the minimum HEC criteria/guidelines.
