Phase 1: Knowledge Building (29 July – 26 August 2025)?– Conducted online, with live sessions twice a week featuring expert talks and leadership training. 

Phase 2: Leadership in Action (27 August – 28 September 2025)?– Also online, where teams of Asian and European youth collaborate on real-life challenges presented by the UNDP. 

Phase 3: Youth Summit (29 September – 5 October 2025)?– A fully funded in-person summit in?Osaka, Japan, involving workshops, expert dialogues, and team presentations. 

There is no registration or participation fee. 

The host organization will provide accommodation to the participants. 

Meals will also be given. 

Round-way air-fare will be paid for by the host organization. 

The organizers will also provide free professional and leadership training, along with certificates for all participants. 

Certificates will be awarded after the completion of the Summit. 

You must be from an eligible country in Asia or Europe. 

You need to have good English skills, both speaking and writing. 

The team will look at your motivation for joining the summit. 

They’ll also consider your experience in community or social work. 

Your interests should match the summit’s theme of Society 5.0. 

They aim to select a diverse group — with equal chances for everyone, no matter where you’re from or your background.
