COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Wah Campus organized seminar on “Road Safety Awareness” with the aim of raising awareness of traffic rules and regulations among students and employees. The seminar was conducted by the officers of National Highway & Motorway Police (NH&MP) N-5 North Zone-1 Section on October 24, 2019. 

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) N-5 North Zone-1, Mr. Waheed Rehman Khattak briefed the participants on the do's and don’ts of safe driving on roads. The NH&MP Officers guides the audience about traffic rules, regulations and road safety precautionary measures taken to minimize the chances of general accidents happened due to common errors made by drivers and pedestrians with the help of electronic mode. 

The Director Campus, Prof. Dr. Sajjad A. Madani in his concluding remarks thanked the NH&MP Officers encouraged the participants for taking care of rules and regulations of traffic, behave safely on roads, as drivers, pedestrians and cyclists for their wellbeing and other’s safety.  He also advised students to do their research in preparing technical solutions for the safety of road users. At the end souvenirs were exchanged. A large number of Students, Faculty Members and Employees benefit from this awareness seminar.
