COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Pakistan being a public sector university is imparting standardized quality education meeting the international standards of higher education in Pakistan in seven cities with fully quality conscious operational campuses. All administrative and academic stakeholders are well motivated for achieving excellent performance to strengthen CUI progressive vision and mission of maintaining high student’s achievement and research excellence. The management of CUI at all levels is devoted to highest standard of excellence with promising commitment for highest priority that quality measures could not be compromised The CUI Pakistan is moving ahead in the fast-moving track towards internationalization and delivering high quality education, research and innovations and received wider acknowledgement in international arena with three-star QS world ranking and included in the top list of 250 QS Asian Universities. CUI ranked among 801-1000 world best universities as per QS World Universities Rankings 2020. Besides, it was ranked 151st in QS Asian Universities Rankings 2020. In Times Higher Education (THE) world universities rankings 2020, CUI has been placed among 601-800 world best universities, and ranked 2nd in Pakistan. While at national level CUI is at No.1 in IT research and at No.6 in general ranking in Pakistan. This is all due CUI’s leadership ample commitments and wisdom through which CUI is growing fast and maintaining high quality education and attained five out of five stars in QS World ranking in teaching, academics & outreach. For quality enhancement in all departments of CUI and attaining standards both national and international levels, CUI established Quality Enhancement Cell in 2006. The Quality Enhancement Cell of CUI is now fully dedicated to strengthen Quality Assurance (QA) processes and implement Quality Enhancement (QE) processes that would help establish, sustain and enhance academic richness, quality-centricity, innovative research, scholarship opportunities and exemplary administration for national & international standards. Working in teams with all stake holders in CUI system is a key element to implement quality enhancement strategies as per future needs for productive outcomes and national and international ranking.
