I am directed to circulate the attached self-explanatory Call for Research Proposals for the Belarusian-Pakistani Competition of Scientific and Technological Projects 2025, received from the Belarusian Center at Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) vide letter No. PCSIR/IL-15(1)/2025/225 dated January 15, 2025.
The initiative is jointly organized by the State Committee on Science and Technology (SCST) of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) of Pakistan to foster collaborative research addressing critical global challenges through innovation and technological advancement.
You are requested to disseminate the information among the scientists, engineers, and researchers of your campus/department/research centers. Please encourage them to capitalize this opportunity and review the objectives, priority areas, and submission process outlined in the attached flyer. The submission deadline for project proposals is March 13, 2025.
