Career Development Center CIIT, Islamabad is going to arrange a workshop for professional development of CS department graduating students on 23rd of January, 2015 at seminar hall EE Department from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

The aim of this workshop is to enhance professional knowledge of CIIT graduating students and get them ready for market demand.

Following are the main topics of this workshop


-        How to write effective resume
-        How to prepare for effective interview
-        Job search strategies
-        Use of Internet and social media in job search


Through this workshop students will be able to learn about how to write, review and analyze their resumes, key components of an effective resume writing, to understand the role of the job interview in overall selection process, how to assess their strengths and weaknesses and discover what your employer is exactly looking for and how to target your CV for a specific job, etc

This workshop will also provide them information about the job market and job search strategies through using internet and social media etc.
