Successful Completion of ‘RoboMaster Adventure – Fun-Filled Robotics for Kids’ Workshop (July 07-18,2025)

The Department of Physics, COMSATS University Islamabad, successfully conducted the RoboMaster Adventure – Fun-Filled Robotics for Kids, as part of the Summer Training Workshop and Certification Program – Summer ’25. The workshop ran from July 7 to August 13, 2025, and was met with overwhelming enthusiasm from participants and parents alike.

This six-week hands-on program was designed to introduce children to the exciting world of robotics, electronics, and programming in a creative and interactive environment. Under the expert supervision of Mr. Zeeshan Saeed, an experienced faculty from the Department of Physics, participants explored the fundamentals of robotics, including designing circuits, programming microcontrollers, and assembling functional robotic models.

The Department of Physics worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the workshop—from planning to execution—met the highest standards of academic quality and practical learning. Their commitment to innovation and experiential education was evident throughout the sessions, as students learned problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaborative skills while building and programming robots.
Mr. Zeeshan Saeed skillfully guided the students through both basic and advanced concepts of robotics, making learning fun, engaging, and deeply informative. His hands-on teaching style and ability to simplify complex topics ensured that even beginners could comfortably follow along and gain confidence in their skills.

The structured curriculum and safe, stimulating learning environment was provided by the Physics Department, highlighting how the workshop not only sparked interest in technology but also nurtured creativity and logical thinking in the trainee children.

The success of this workshop reinforced the Department of Physics' dedication to promoting STEM education and fostering curiosity-driven learning experiences among younger generations.

The department extends its gratitude to all faculty and support staff who contributed to making this workshop a resounding success. The positive feedback received has encouraged the team to expand such hands-on learning initiatives in the future, further enhancing the department’s role as a hub of academic innovation and community engagement.
