HENNGE’s Global Internship Program in Japan is the perfect opportunity for Computer Science students.This fully funded internship invites international students including bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral students, as well as recent graduates to experience life at HENNGE’s headquarters in Shibuya, Tokyo. The internship lasts 4 to 6 weeks, and the best part is that no Japanese language skills are required.
Degree level: Internship (4-6 weeks)
Grants: Monthly subsidy

Eligibility Criteria: Third-year undergraduate or higher (including master’s and doctoral students). Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
· Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science or a related field. If not, you must have equivalent experience from a tech internship or bootcamp.
· Fluent in English (no Japanese required).
· Comfortable using Linux, MacOS, or Unix-like environments.
· Passionate about open-source projects or tech community activities.
· Pathway-specific skills:
· Full Stack Pathway: Proficiency in Python or Go.
· Front-End Pathway: Proficiency in React or Vue with TypeScript.
· Interested in building a career in Japan.
· Experience with cloud computing platforms, especially AWS.
· Knowledge of distributed systems.
· Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).
· Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker.
· Full Stack Pathway: Experience in full-stack web application development.
· Front-End Pathway: Experience with UI/UX design tools and a basic understanding of server-side programming.
