COMSATS University Islamabad, Islamabad Campus successfully hosted the Policy Dialogue on Ethical Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education, bringing together leading academics, researchers, and industry experts to share insights on the opportunities, challenges, and ethical considerations of integrating Generative AI into higher education. 

The event opened with a welcome speech by Prof. Dr. Sajid Qamar, Rector CUI, who shared his vision on the ethical use of AI and expressed heartfelt thanks to all the participants for their valuable presence. It was followed by an introduction from Dr. Sajjad Ahmed Madani, Professor of Computer Science CUI, and moderated by Prof. Dr. Sohail Asghar, Dean FIST & Incharge Campus CUI.

The program featured engaging keynote talks, expert panel discussions, and an interactive Q&A session where participants actively exchanged ideas with the speakers. A special highlight of the day was the presentation of souvenirs to our distinguished guests, as well as to the Organizer and the Incharge Islamabad Campus, in recognition of their contributions to making the event a success. Valuable insights from Dr. Shoab Ahmed Khan, Prof. Dr. Hammad Majeed, Ms. Rehana Kazi, Dr. Sajid Yousuf Zai, and Dr. Salman Amin enriched the discussion.
