Program Overview

An MBA 1.5 years is a graduate level program provides an opportunity for business professionals having a four years bachelors degree in business related disciplines to obtain a Graduate Level degree i.e. Masters in Business Administration.

The one and a half years MBA program will meet the increasing demand for advanced business education which will not only combine text book learning with case study methodology but will expose students to an environment which will facilitate development of there conceptual skills as well as personal growth. This program is designed for those who want to have better career prospects after obtaining a graduate level professional degree (according to the HEC Roadmap for Business Education). The MBA program builds on the strengths of our experienced faculty who come from well-reputed International organizations/universities and offer rigorous studies.

This MBA program will equip motivated and dedicated professionals who are ambitious to take up influential positions in the well reputed organizations with a blend of core knowledge of business and management principles obtained at a graduate level degree program.

It will help enhance business and management knowledge from the ground up via core courses that refresh student’s existing skills and understanding of key topics. This program covers extensiveness of knowledge across every discipline of business and management and would develop transferable skills. The MBA 1.5 years program offers much more than business fundamentals in a collaborative environment. The participants will learn new ways to think about the problems, and will gain the resources to help solve them.

The MBA 1.5 year’s program graduates will have gained the analytical skills, understanding, and the know-how to lead and to create and implement strategy at all levels in an organization. By the end of program, the students will feel comfortable taking up leadership and decision making roles to can work across disciplines and cultures to manage change, develop creative solutions to problems and improve performance and be innovative. The students take their learning back into the workplace - immediately and practically.

Program Content:

The MBA 1.5 years program will equip and develop strong management and interpersonal skills with the sound technical knowledge-base, required in today's dynamic business environment. Courses in this MBA program are designed to introduce students to the various areas of business sand management. The program is designed to offer flexibility with choices of electives, concentrations and projects.

The MBA 1.5 years program consists of 36 credit hours taught during 3 semesters and includes seven compulsory course modules in all major business administration subject areas.

In addition three elective courses are offered to choose from. The MBA Program is focused on major areas of specializations i.e. in the fields of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The students also must submit Graduate level project or thesis as part of degree completion requirements.


A 16 years degree in the relevant field from an accredited educational institution, with minimum First division (annual system) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (Semester System) and no third division (annual system) or D grade (Semester System) throughout the academic career. NTS GAT (General) with minimum sore of 50 as per CUI policy.
