Description: 
The applications are open to apply for the CERN Summer Student Program 2024 (CERN is a European Organization based in Geneva, Switzerland). Candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply for the Summer student program. 
CERN covers all expenses such as flight tickets, Stipend, Visa Support, Health Insurance, and Assistance to find accommodation. Students from CERN Member and non-member states can apply.
The program will run for 8 to 13 weeks and is open to students who are in their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Those who expect to graduate during the European summer of 2024 (as of May), are also eligible to apply.
Benefits:
CERN will provide:
  • A contract of 8-13 weeks to work on a technical project during the summer program in Geneva.
  • A 92 CHF per calendar day (net of tax) subsistence allowance to cover the cost of accommodation and meals.
  • A Travel allowance is paid at the end of stay to help with the cost of travel from your country to Geneva.
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance.
  • Assistance to find accommodation on the CERN site or nearby.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Candidates from all nationalities can apply for the CERN Summer student program.
  • You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • should have completed at least 6 semesters.
