The Department of Mechanical Engineering arranged a workshop on “Resume Clinic and Cover Letter” November 3, 2022. The resource person for this workshop was Dr. Ambreen Shahnaz, Lecturer Department of Management Science CUI Wah. This workshop was arranged for the students for BS (ME) final year students.

Dr. Ambreen provided comprehensive knowledge regarding different types of resume, CV and cover letters. She also explained about different styles adopted during resume writing in contemporary epoch. Common mistakes and misconceptions in resume writing were also addressed. Samples of resumes of some prominent mechanical engineers in some prestigious organizations were also discussed. Art of networking in searching for relevant jobs to perfectly organize and draft the first resume was also discussed in detail.
