Centre for Climate Research & Development (CCRD) and Centre for Policy Studies (CPS) organized one day workshop entitled ‘Gaming Climate Change’ on December 23 at SSBC, COMSATS University Islamabad. The workshop comprised of card-based activity about climate change in an interactive way. Dr. Mohsin, Dr. Umair, Dr. Farrukh, Mrs. Rabbea and Mr. Zahir were among the organizers from CCRD whereas Dr. Umar took part on behalf of CPS for the workshop. The participants were divided into three groups and each group was given a set of cards depicting climate change creating factors and their effects. The participants arranged the cards and understood the reasons and effects related to climate change. The participants appreciated the interactive nature of workshop which helped in gaining knowledge about the burning issue of climate change. They also committed to spread the word in their organization regarding the burning climate change issues. The workshop ended with a thank note from Dr. Umar the CPS representative.
