Criteria for Article

The article should meet the following criteria for publication:

• The article length should be in maximum 3000 words inclusive of notes (if any);
• The article should not endorse a specific university; its focus should be the global/ regional/national higher education in general;
• The article must be the original work of the author. Article must not be under consideration by another publisher or work that has been previously published in whole or part or featured anywhere;
• Article must be in English; it must not be a translation; Consistency of American spelling is required. The article must be well-scripted and formalities of academic expression should be followed.
• The article should be accompanied by a high-resolution picture of its author (passport size) and 1 related table/ graph/figure if required (3x3);
• The article should not be drafted in a way that stimulates political/racial/national issues;
• The author of the article takes full responsibility of his/her article in this publication;
• Abstract of article in maximum 150-200 words should be sent by January 01, 2015.
• Acceptance of article contribution will be intimated by January 10, 2015.
• The article must be submitted by February 02, 2015.
• The article must follow the following format: Biography of author (120 words); Introduction of topic and theme under discussion; Body of the text with essential features of the article; Conclusion(s)/Recommendations and the implications.
• The article should be in 12 font size and 1.5 spaced. File format- MS Word.
• All submissions must follow APA Style (Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, latest edition).
• The article will be reviewed by the Journal Review Committee. The committee will inform authors about the decision of their paper by February 20, 2015.
