Each semester the university organizes numerous events such as Sufi music, inter university quiz competition, performing art competition, painting exhibitions, motivational talks and seminar.  Sports week is also held during each semester in which Inter-Departmental competitions are held in athletics, cricket, football, basketball, volleyball and table tennis. Campus has constructed state of the art Cricket ground and Volleyball, Basketball, Lawn Tennis, Handball, Badminton (outdoor) courts according to international standards to encourage and promote young sportsmen.
