A seminar is being organized by the students of BS(BA)-7 (HR) and Ms. Zehra Syed, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Sciences on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 12.00 p.m. at SSBC, Ground Floor, Seminar Hall.

The seminar aims to acquaint the HR specialization students with the practical approaches of change management, why and when change needs to be incorporated in the organizations and reasons and the appropriate time for introducing change within the organization. The speakers invited are Mr. Aqib Saeed, HR Manager at IZOC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Mohsin Jamal, Head of HR, Tangent Technologies and currently working as Vice President-Capital Cabinet, Pakistan Health Parliament. They specialize in the field of career development, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Students will gain knowledge of how interviews should be prepared. Practitioners from the industry will give hands on training to the students so that they can become fully aware as to how the market operates and how they can improve their skill set. Students from the senior semester can come and attend the seminar as it will be an interesting and interactive session which will give guidelines on successfully securing a job.
