Visa Extension

LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR VISA APPLICATION:

Following Documents are required to be submitted with Visa Application at Ministry of Interior (MoI):

NOTE: Please note that Visa Extension of some countries is now online, please visit MoI website https://interior.gov.pk/ for latest list of countries.

For Visa Extension:

1 Application must be submitted at least 6 weeks before visa expiry
2 Three sets of Visa Application Form
3 Three Photographs (passport size)
4 Three sets of Passport (first page and visa page)
5 Three sets of NOC issued by HEC (copy will be provided by IO/relevant Academics Office)
6 Three sets of Bonafide Certificate (one original and 2 copies), will be issued by relevant Academics Department / IO
7 Three sets of NoC from relevant Embassy (one original and 2 copies), will be issued by concerned Embassy (if Embassy/Mission is available in Pakistan)
8 Three sets of Admission Offer Letter (already issued by IO)
9 IO will send application with covering letter to MoI, However, applicant will follow-up by himself/herself OR student can directly send or handover in person to MoI

Following Documents are required to be submitted with Visa Application at PASSPORT OFFICE:

1 One copy of Original Visa Application Form
2 One Photograph (passport size)
3 One set of Passport (first page and visa page)
4 One copy of NOC issued by HEC (copy will be provided by IO/relevant Academics Office)
5 One copy of Bonafide Certificate, already issued by relevant Academics Department / IO
6 One copy of NOC from relevant Embassy, already issued by concerned Embassy (if Embassy/Mission is available in Pakistan)
7 One copy of Admission Offer Letter (already issued by IO)
8 Original Passport
9 Fee to be paid as per Govt. fee structure
