• Bachelor Degree (14 years) with English compulsory or equivalent with minimum of 50% marks from an accredited institution
• Valid NTS test score as per CIIT policy

Programs Information

Master of Arts in English program is designed specifically for the students who want to attain a Master’s level knowledge of English Language and Literature. The program covers the historical development of English, its various genres, through the ages. Moreover, it initiates learner into the theoretical grounding of literature and offers study of literacy texts in their social and historical contexts, and ways of interpreting them, theories of learning and teaching language and modern concepts of linguistics. Through directed reading and focused discussion, students are offered the opportunity to develop their skills in textual analysis and to extend their awareness of different ways of reading and creative writing.
