The Department of Computer Science arranged a Webinar on “How to be an Effective Team Player” on November 18, 2020 by Mr. Omer Iqbal, Alumni of CUI Wah currently working as Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer Knowledge Platform. The resource person discussed the teamwork and what should be considered while creating a team. The seminar also stated how individuals can work together to achieve common goals. Types of teams, common goals, abilities to work in team, pros and cons of working as team member, qualities and lacking of team members, growing opportunities, future scenarios, company success and failure, product manufacturing and development opportunities were some of the main highlights of seminar. Moreover, a question-answer session was also held at the end of the seminar.
