The Department of Computer Science organized a workshop “Pipeline of Data Engineering towards Data Science” on January 13, 2020 for the final year students to brighten their data modeling and virtualization concepts.  The guest Mr. Muhammad Usman Haider, Member of Data Scientists team, Telenor Pakistan conducted workshop. The purpose of the workshop is to provide hands-on training with an aim to guide students to become a data scientist which needs a lot of experience and deep understanding on data engineering concepts. The AWS (Amazon Web Services) facilitation,  cloud computing and mixture of data engineering packages were briefly discussed. The presenter assigned project to participants on the basis of their internships. Workshop ended on open question answer session.
