In a bid to bridge the gap between aspiring students and potential employers and to
strengthen the industry-academia linkage, CUI, Sahiwal Campus organized its highly
anticipated Job Fair 2023 on November 23, 2023. The event witnessed the active
participation of more than 30 companies, attracting a large number of enthusiastic
students. The job fair aimed to provide a platform for students to explore career
opportunities and interact directly with industry professionals.

The opening ceremony of the event was graced by the Honourable Director, Prof. Dr.
Nazir Ahmad Zafar, along with HoDs faculty, students, and Industry Professionals.
Director CUI, Sahiwal Campus, Prof. Dr. Nazir Ahmad Zafar delivered an inspiring
speech, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives and signifying the importance of
industry-academia linkage.

The job fair 2023 provided an opportunity for CUI, Sahiwal Campus students to interact
with employers, industry professionals, and local entrepreneurs. The students gained
the experience of submitting their resumes and appearing in the interviews in order to
seek entry-level positions and internships.
