The Aspire Leaders Program is a fully funded, online program designed by Harvard University that will provide students with the skills, knowledge, and network they need to succeed in their careers and make a positive impact on the world. The program will cover a wide range of topics, including leadership development, public policy, social entrepreneurship, and critical thinking. You can learn more about the program here

To be eligible for the Aspire Leaders Program, the applicant must have the following:

  • 18-29 years old

  • Low-income background

  • First-generation college student or recent graduate but not enrolled in a graduate program 

  • Intermediate-level English

The deadline to apply for Cohort II is March 21, 2024.

  3. Complete the online application form in 10 minutes

I am directed to refer to the Higher Education Commission’s (HEC) letter No.10-01/HEC/Coord/2023/265 dated 06.4.2023 on the subject matter. 

It is to inform that CUI, Principal Seat is going to sign the MoU with the Aspire Institute. It is to confirm that students could apply before signing the MoU.

Meanwhile it is requested to please circulate information about the program given in the attached Flyer/marketing material among all the students, so that they can apply before the deadline i.e. 19th April, 2023 and benefit from this opportunity. Further, all the details and website link are given in the Flyer.

I am directed to inform that Joint Japan/World Bank, Graduate Scholarship Program (JJWBGSP) have invited nominations for its inter-faculty long term Master’s Degree Program in International Public Policy, Graduate School of Business Science, Humanities and Social Sciences, the University of Tsukuba. Details of the program including eligibility criteria are mentioned in the attached letter received from Ministry of Economic Affairs (Japan Wing).

 

Accordingly, the candidates from all HEIs across Pakistan, who fulfills the criteria, are encouraged to apply directly, by downloading the application form from EAD’s website: www.ead.gov.pk

Centre for Climate Research and Development (CCRD), CUI in collaboration with Snow Leopard Foundation, Islamabad organized a seminar in relation to GIS Day at COMSATS University Islamabad on 18 November 2022 at Video Conference Room, basement, Junaid Zaidi Library. 
Dr. Syed Nasir Mahmood, Former Inspector General Forest, Ministry of Climate Change was the Guest Speaker and graced the occasion. Faculty and Students from different departments joined the informative session. GIS day 2022 was celebrated through informative talks and cake cutting ceremony. At the end, refreshments were served after the group photograph in the library auditorium.
