Position: HR Executive

Experience Required: 0–1 year
Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Handle medical claims and employee benefit coordination
Address employee queries related to HR policies
Support HR compliance and labor law adherence
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR audits
