My thesis explores storytelling and promotes the viewer's imagination from an auditory perspective. Stories have the power to bridge human differences, immersing individuals in a shared fantasy world despite having different life experiences. My artwork is a tribute to my grandmother, who used to tell me these stories at bedtime. Some people have such a great impact on our lives even through the tiniest actions, such as storytelling. It is a great honor to be able to recognize and celebrate those moments even after they’re long gone and I have been fortunate enough to do that here. Among her memories, my work reflects the importance of intergenerational bonding and the transmission of cultural knowledge from one generation to the next. Stories possess a universal power to reignite the memories and experiences people once had. I invite viewers to reminisce and reflect on the legacy passed down to them through previous generations.
