Mawaid- A modern traditional restaurant representing the Bohra cuisine brings you the taste of ethnic dishes on a traditional thaali where you can sit and eat with your loved ones, as it’s a symbol of unity, sharing and equality. The lack of acceptance of diverse cultures and traditions faced by many people including me, have led to the creation of Mawaid, an environment that provides a positive diverse experience to explore other cultures while also sharing the Dawoodi Bohra community’s unique food and reflecting on the community’s unique history, lifestyle, values, traditions, and beliefs as well as a zero-waste policy.
