Exhibition

Usually, an exhibition is the best place to launch or revive a product or service and get feedback on the activity from the key stakeholders. An exhibition's immediacy also makes it the perfect platform to draw other organizations and audience attention toward your product / service / organization / institute in a short time.

The exhibition at 2nd VC Forum will provide an excellent platform to showcase your esteemed University and promote it among other universities of the Islamic world from different perspectives. Moreover, it would provide an extra-ordinary opportunity to your University to network with other participating universities.

In the exhibition you can present your research articles, case studies, products, or anything else prepared by your organization through which you can exhibit your image about your organization, examine how it can be further developed, double your success, and add great value to your organization's activity whatever it is.

Notes :

1. The setting up of exhibition stalls at the allotted place should be finalized on September 22, 2013 between 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Kehkashan Hall at Serena Hotel, Islamabad.
2. Each institute will be provided with a stall area of 2m x 2.5m approx with two tables of size 0.5m x 1m.
3. Exhibitors are required to bring one panaflex poster (of size 1m x 2m Landscape format) + and another two panaflex poster (of size 1 m x 1.5 m Portrait format). In addition, standee panaflex with stand of standard size can also be displayed.
4. Organizers have arranged accommodation at guest houses for one focal person only.
5. Lunch/Tea will be served at exhibition venue.
6. Power and WiFi connectivity will be available at exhibition venue.
