We are pleased to share that COMSATS Secretariat is organizing a Virtual Training Workshop on “Enhancing University–Business and R&D–SME Collaboration for Innovation and Growth”, scheduled to be held on 27th May 2025 from 14:00 to 17:00 PST (09:00 12:00 GMT).

The workshop is being organized in response to key recommendations made during the 25th Meeting of the COMSATS Coordinating Council. It aims to build institutional capacity by equipping participants with essential skills to develop impactful R&D collaborations with SMEs, foster innovation, and drive sustainable development.

In this regard, the COMSATS Secretariat has invited nominations of 8 to 10 relevant participants from all CUI campuses. It is therefore kindly requested to nominate suitable participants from your campus. Nominations may include Faculty members involved in research or university-industry collaboration, Researchers and scientists affiliated with innovation hubs or technology parks, Programme or project managers in R&D-related areas.

Due to the limited timeline, you are requested to submit nominations directly to Dr. Mehwish Durani at mehwish.durani@comsats.org, keeping Dr. Huma Balouch (huma@comsats.org) and the undersigned in cc, by COB tomorrow, 20th May 2025.
