Department of Mechanical Engineering arranged second CPD activity of semester Spring 2019 duly approved by Pakistan Engineering Council titled “Industry 4.0 and Advanced Manufacturing” on Monday 8th April, 2019. Dr. Muftooh-ur- Rehman from CECOS University Peshawar was the invited keynote speaker. Dr. Muftooh ur Rehman has PhD from University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom Specialized in Manufacturing, Materials and Mechanical Engineering.
Keeping in view the importance of the topic, personnel from Industry and Academia attended workshop. Overall 90 individuals including students & faculty from DME, faculty from Allied Departments of CUI Wah, Professional Engineers from Bestway Cement Farooqia, University of Wah and HITECH University, Taxila attended the workshop.
Prof. Abid presented COMSATS shield to Dr. Muftooh ur Rehman.
