Dr. Qudsia Arshad is serving as Assistant Professor in the Management Sciences Department. She holds PhD degree in Human Resource Management. She has done masters degree in Human Resource Management. She has done MBA(Finance) from COMSATS University and has topped in all semesters and scored CGPA 3.72. She has the excellent career of education throughout. She has been serving as Lecturer in the Management Sciences Department, COMSATS University. In this capacity, she has made very significant contributions towards the development of a strong Management Sciences program at COMSATS.
Qudsia is a diligent researcher who has produced four papers for SAICON 2012 ,2013 ,2014 & 2015 respectively.
She has four publications in well reputed national and international journals.
The main courses that she is teaching are Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Introduction to Management, Introduction to Business and Accounting.
Over the years, she has also assumed various additional responsibilities at COMSATS including, organizer of SAICON conference held in 2010 & 2012, organizer of British Council TXRP workshop that was held in December, 2010.Currently, along with teaching courses she has been the part of different interdepartmental committees like the Entrepreneurs Alumni committee, career and project expo, project and internship committee, project evaluation committee and annual report committee and NBEAC Committee.
