An effort of such nature will not only enhance the morale of the overall department faculty to work on their learning/capacity building but also significantly impact University Standings overall.
For almost thirteen years, Mr. Rizvi has been working as a full-time Faculty member (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Management Sciences, CIIT, Islamabad first joined Department as Lecturer, and almost four years after joining, he was promoted to Assistant Professor and imparted quality education on various subjects: 1) Project Management, Project Constraint Management, Project Risk Management, Human Resource Management, Performance Management Systems, Crises and Conflict Management, Organization Development, and Change Management. With an experience of almost 20 years of with various organizations SRMC, HEC, SC(UK), DELTA(NGO), 15 Police, Pearl Associates, World Vision, WFP, etc."
