MoFA has informed that EPLO has established an international university, the European Law and Governance School (ELGS), which offers high-level undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Law and Governance for students from around the world. The ELGS operates with headquarters in Rome, Italy, and its degrees are fully recognized by the Italian Republic, the UNESCO network, and the Erasmus+ program.

The institution also maintains a scholarship program for deserving students in the form of substantial reductions in annual registration fees. Further coordination or queries may be directed to Ms. Panoraia Spiliopoulou, Director General for Education, EPLO (pspiliopoulou@eplo.int).
