Client Onboarding Specialist at Elite IT Team

Job Type: Full Time & Part Time
Salary Bracket: PKR 70k–110k (Remote)

Elite IT Team is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist with strong English communication, solid technical knowledge, and familiarity with web, mobile, and emerging AI technologies. This role bridges clients, sales, and dev teams to ensure smooth project kickoffs and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding sessions with new clients (goals, timelines, budgets, expectations).

• Gather and translate technical requirements into actionable briefs.

• Act as the link between clients, sales, and development teams.

• Guide clients on project management tools and technical platforms.

• Ensure smooth execution and clear communication throughout onboarding.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in onboarding, technical account management, or client-facing tech roles.

• Excellent spoken & written English (must-have).

• Strong understanding of web, mobile, and AI development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant technical experience.
