The 17^th meeting of Board of Studies for Physics was held on January 7, 2014 through video link under the chairmanship of Prof Dr Sajid Qammar. The Professors and Associates Professors of the Physics department of CIIT and some experts of the subject/teachers outside the CIIT also attended the meeting. In this meeting, the BoS discussed and deliberated new and existing academic programs of the department and advised the department to further deliberate them in Departmental Advisor Committee of the Physics. The BoS also discussed and recommended certain graduate and undergraduate courses and examiners to the Boards of Faculty subject to certain revision by the department before presenting them to the Board of Faculty.
