Solar informatics team is expanding and we are looking to hire for the roles mentioned below. The positions are based in Karachi and Islamabad. The employees work in a Hybrid work model.

1. Trainee Back End Developer (Java Spring Boot)
• Good understanding of collecting requirements, performance data, and reporting.
• Must have some idea of the technical implementation of the system between Frontend, Backend, and Product Management.
• Complete understanding of the overall Software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in SQL, Linux, Windows, System Planning, and Emerging Technologies.

Must have some academic Knowledge of Software Development and Software testing life Cycle, QA standards, processes, methodologies, and techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review functional / non-functional specifications, prototypes, and product requirement documents to create test strategies.

Must be able to work independently as well as a team member and participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load, and system testing.
4. Trainee Business Analyst
• Must have the ability to study business functions, gather information, elicit output requirements, and define objectives.
• Must be able to build workflow diagrams and charts, study system capabilities, writing specifications.
• Ability to study recent trends and use out-of-the-box thinking to suggest improvements, keeping the customer experience and usability in consideration.
