| About | I am assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Air University, Islamabad. I was previously a research fellow (post-doc) at the University of East Anglia, UK, where I worked on the Innovate UK-funded REMeDY project, collaborating with institutions such as Imperial College London, SMS Energy Services Limited, Vital Energi Utilities Limited, Places for People Group Limited (FutureGov. Ltd), and Southend on Sea Borough Council. Earlier, I was a research associate at the ComSens lab, COMSATS University Islamabad.
I hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Newcastle, Australia, and both a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad. I published over 45 papers and am active in the academic community as an associate editor, guest editor, reviewer, and TPC member for various international journals and conferences. My current research focuses on the applications of machine learning, blockchain, and optimization in integrated energy systems with renewable and storage integration. |
