About | I am Dr. M. Atif Raza, a dedicated academic and researcher specializing in human resource management, organizational behavior, and performance appraisal systems. I completed my PhD from COMSATS University Islamabad, where my research focused on ratees' reactions to performance appraisal systems, examining how system design and raters’ motivation play crucial roles. This work, which was inspired by the research of Herman Aguinis and Deidra J. Schleicher, involved both experimental and multi-level survey methods and was highly appreciated by international scholars.
Over the past year, I have served as a lecturer at University of Wah. Also, I have served as the Head of Graduate and Postgraduate Programs (MS, MBA, and PhD) and In-Charge of Student Affairs at the same institute. My commitment to improving academic standards and supporting student success has driven my work in these leadership roles. I have authored three publications in Pakistan’s HRJS-recognized journals, including one in the X category and two in the Y category.
Currently, my research interests revolve around improving workplace outcomes through effective HR practices and leadership approaches. I am particularly interested in examining how digital transformation and supportive leadership can influence employee well-being, work-life balance, and retention, especially among female employees in demanding industries. Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and experimental design, I am deeply committed to advancing research and contributing to the development of management sciences.
