The aim of this project is to provide a cohesive and intuitive design schematic for the Comsats University’s Student Service Center. In order to introduce a working floor plan for the complex, problems such as congestion on each floor need to be analyzed and factored into the redesign. To help establish ambiance and thoughtful layout, modern signage is employed by using iconography in conjunction with Helvetica typography to help distinguish areas from one another. A prism-based foundation is adopted to serve as the template for the signage aspect of the proposed design as well as represent the overall purpose of the new facility and its numerous uses.
