In Pakistan mostly females are only viewed as homemakers who don’t have any dreams of their own. According to stats nearly 50% of Pakistan’s population compromises of females but only 24% contribute to the labor force which is drastically low even compared to other South Asian Countries. Women while choosing their career if only they have a choice to they go for non-risky conventional job and most women give up on their dreams. Khawateen is an organization which aims to empower women by making them financially independent, it focuses on creating awareness, encouraging and promoting young girls towards entrepreneurship. The organization provides different fundamental business courses to teach young girls. Along with that awareness of the present successful entrepreneurs. Khawateen also aims to conduct fun events in schools to encourage girls and to encourage it even further the organization will provide a package consisting of a card game, basic business planner and some fun yet empowering accessories.
