My project aims to normalize the period taboo. It is a means to empower young girls not only to be strong, but confident as well. It gives them the assurance that having their period does not stop them from being themselves and doing the things they love. It is to educate young girls about the natural and normal phenomenon of menstruation and the associated hormonal changes causing mood swings. Hitting puberty should not be about shame, but confidence!
