Home, for me, is not just a place but a feeling I carry with me. Growing up, moving place to place and never staying in one spot long enough to feel fully settled made me learn to find home in memories, emotions, and the people around me rather than in a physical space. My art explores this idea of home as something emotional, something we feel, not just see. It can be a scent, a sound or certain moments which serves as a memory that makes us feel safe and connected. Through my work, I want to share this personal experience and encourage others to think about what home means to them. My work is about showing that home doesn’t have to be one fixed place, it can live within us, shaped by the life we’ve lived and the feelings we carry with us wherever we go.
