BODMOD: Pakistan’s First Widebody Brand for German Automobile


My thesis explores the creation of BODMOD, a niche brand that aims to fill the gap in Pakistan’s automotive market by offering custom widebody kits and skins exclusively for German cars famous in Pakistan. Grounded in research on the psychology behind car modification and its cultural relevance among Pakistani youth, the project examines how self-expression, individuality, and aspirational aesthetics drive the demand for visual car customization.

Through qualitative and quantitative methods, the study highlights a clear market need for a local, design-led brand in this space. The outcome is a complete brand identity and website for MODBOD, presenting it as one of the first platforms in Pakistan dedicated to this high-end, performance-driven car culture. The project blends branding, graphic design, and user experience to bring a bold new voice to Pakistan’s automotive scene.
