This project began as a quiet self-realization—an acknowledgment of the deep, almost unconscious bond we share with chai. What started as a personal reflection quickly revealed itself as a collective story. Chai, though not originally ours, has embedded itself so deeply in our daily rhythm that we've begun consuming it without pause, without thought—sometimes excessively, often impulsively. Through this thesis, I’m not asking people to give up tea, but to rethink the current consumption. I propose a subtle shift: cutting chai, not just in size, but in mindset. By reducing the serving, we introduce a perspective shift - tweaking consumption habits in small ways to achieve greater, long-term impact. This mindful reduction brings wide-reaching benefits: improved health, personal financial ease, and a meaningful reduction in the national demand for imported tea. It’s about sipping with intention, not out of habit. I aim to cultivate this transformation gradually, through behavioral influence and the compound effect - small, consistent actions that grow over time. This is a call to pause, reflect, and restore value to a ritual that has become routine. Through my campaign, I want to convince people to embrace this shift - toward mindful, intentional chai consumption, the mindful one.
