Echoes of Absence explores how excessive social media use in Pakistan is weakening family bonds, especially parent-child relationships and children's emotional growth. As real-life interactions fade, regret often follows when loved ones are lost forever. Therefore, Echoes of Absence urges families to reconnect and value their relationships before they become mere echoes of what once was.

To counter this issue, this thesis revamps a board game, “Sequence” on an adorably illustrated monster theme thus giving it a new name “Monstro Sequence”. It serves as an interactive design tool encouraging parents and children to spend meaningful time together offline. Through visuals and shared play, the game promotes communication, emotional connection, and shared experiences in a fun, engaging way.
