About MTCP Scholarship:

The MTCP Scholarship is sponsored by the Malaysian government and dedicated to international students from developing countries to pursue their postgraduate studies in Malaysia, whilst at the same time acquire the necessary knowledge and skills that could contribute to the development of their country. The duration of the award is between 24 to 36 months for Master's Degree Program.

Eligibility:

· International students from the MTCP recipient countries.

· Not more than 45 years old on the date of application.

Academic Qualification/Requirements:

· Minimum Second Class Upper (Honors) / CGPA 3.00 at undergraduate level.

· IELTS overall score of 6.0 and above; or

· TOEFL iBT total score of 60 and above; or

· Obtained a previous degree(s) with English used as the medium of instruction.

· Has obtained a previous degree(s) with English used as the medium of instruction. d) Excellent level of health certified by a doctor/ physician. The cost of the medical check-up shall be fully borne by the applicant. Medical report form can be downloaded from the MTCP scholarship website. The Medical Report must be valid within 6 months from the date of application.

Scholarship benefits:

· This Scholarship covers tuition fees and other allowances worth RM3,500 per month.

· Return economy-class airline ticket
