Convocations of CUI, Islamabad Campus will be held on November 06, 2025 at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad. Participation in the convocation is subject to registration for convocation.
Students who have graduated in Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 are eligible to register for convocation to be held in the morning and evening respectively on the same day. Please click here for online challan form. Those who have already collected their degrees OR have pending clearance are not allowed to register. However, graduates who have already collected their degrees and wish to attend the convocation may visit the Exams office front desk no later than October 17, 2025 with their original degrees for further details.
The Convocation Registration Fee is Rs.5000/- (Non-Refundable) for each graduate and the challan form can be generated from the above-mentioned link. After depositing the fee, register online for convocation. After online registration please get the required number of prints of your E-Invitation card and send a copy of the same through email at convocation@comsats.edu.pk . Any graduate who fails to submit a copy of the registration form, his/her registration for convocation will remain pending. A hard copy of the E-Card, along with the original CNIC, must be brought by the graduates and their guests on convocation day. This will need to be presented at the entry gate of the venue. Each registered guest and graduate is required to show/present their E-Card copy separately. Graduates must report at Jinnah Convention Center Islamabad 30 minutes before the time mentioned on the E-Invitation/Entry Slip.
The date for online registration is September 25, 2025 - October 18, 2025 and NO request for registration will be considered after the due date. Graduates are required to get themselves registered before the due date and submit the electronic copy of the registration form within due date at the above-mentioned email address.
A graduate can invite/register maximum two guests (parents/siblings/spouse). Guests whose CNIC are not provided in the Registration form, shall not be issued invitation cards.
Please collect attire/gowns in person from the Exams front desk from October 20, 2025 – October 31, 2025 during office hours of working days on payment of security fee i.e. Rs.1500/-. Amount will be refunded by the vendor after the return of the gown and deduction of rent. Please bring a print of your E-Card to collect your gown.
