I am directed to circulate the attached self-explanatory Call for Research Proposals for the Belarusian-Pakistani Competition of Scientific and Technological Projects 2025, received from the Belarusian Center at Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) vide letter No. PCSIR/IL-15(1)/2025/225 dated January 15, 2025.
The initiative is jointly organized by the State Committee on Science and Technology (SCST) of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) of Pakistan to foster collaborative research addressing critical global challenges through innovation and technological advancement.
You are requested to disseminate the information among the scientists, engineers, and researchers of your campus/department/research centers. Please encourage them to capitalize this opportunity and review the objectives, priority areas, and submission process outlined in the attached flyer. The submission deadline for project proposals is March 13, 2025.
Kindly ensure that this Office is kept informed while sending the soft copy of the project proposal to the email address provided in the flyer.

MS-Level First Poster Competition at Department of Physics

The Department of Physics CUI-Islamabad organized first Poster competition at MS level, where the Final- semester MS students presented posters showcasing there research work. The competition was held on 11 december,2023 in Junaid Zaidi Library, Art Gallery. For the poster competition, Dr. Aslam Baig, Distinguished National Professor, Dr. Ashfaq (Director, EHEP, NCP) and Prof. Dr. Mahnaz Haseeb (Retd.) , and Prof. Dr. Sajid Qamar (Rector, CUI) were invited as honorable judges. The students presented outstanding research work conducted under the faculty of Department of Physics CUI Islamabad. The posters displayed in the competition were highly applauded by the judges. The best three posters along with runners-up positions were announced at the end of the competition. The judges, The Head of Department Prof. Dr. Najeeb emphasized the importance of hard work and the doorways to achieving excellence. The poster competition highlighted the high impacted research work at Department of Physics, CUI Islamabad.

In order to create awareness and to promote a culture of energy conservation, National Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (NEECA) has launched the 1st National Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EE&C) Arts and Mobile App Competition designed to encourage and motivate the students to come forward with EE&C ideas. 

 

Students, scholars and professionals are invited to participate in the Competition in following categories:-

  • Arts Competition
